Way too long

My vehicle was bumped into on the 23rd April 2013, I reported it to Miway on the 24th April 2013. Its now 3 weeks later and no settlement has been paid to me. I understand that there is a back log, but 3 weeks is just ridiculous. My car needs to be fixed.
