I recently phoned First for women after unfortunately having to claim; and was transferred to him to get my policy reviewed. From the first Hello I was impressed by Brent's friendly attitude and professionalism.

He is very knowledgeable in his field and was of great assistance.

Not only did he manage to get me a saving on my premium but he went the extra mile to sort out an excess issue I had and saved me more money!
