Can't get a settlement figure!!

Hi,

I've sent two different emails, NO response. I've phoned your call centre 10 times today and they keep putting me through to another 'customer care' department where I get cut off after holding for an absolute eternity. How you guys stay in business is really a mystery.

Please can someone advise what my settlement figure will be?
