I saw an add a couple of years ago for pension fund, saving or investments. I responded to the add and a lady Karenza phoned me. I hesitated quite some time (WEEKS) wheter i should invest in this or not. Finally the lady convinced me and I took the Investment. She explained to me exactly how it works and that in 5 years my investment would be a couple of hundreds of thousand rands. I am very upset to realise that the info provided is false, since I explained to her that this will be part pension, part for my childrens education fund. Basically this has put me a few years behind in saving for their education as I have wasted my time with a bogus company, after months and months of constant emails and trying to find out whats going on, I really just want to cancel. But they simply ignore all my emails, a while ago I considered investing another once off R10 000 with them, I told them and they wouldnt stop calling, which means they clearly have enough time for that, so why cant they phone me now? If they have better communication skills they would most likely lose less clients. Even though I still believe this is just a cause im losing money and not making anything as they said.
