Hi Peter

After sending you my complain about the Customer Assist I received a call on wednesday (15 May 2013) from the lady called Mathakadi Tshabalala advising me of the documents required to sign the contract. She said it needs to be signed within 48hrs. The following day I went straight to the person (Mary-Ann) she referred me to at alberton branch. I gave her all the requested documents including the settlement letters of which some of them were valid for five days. She took all the accounts cards and tear them as per contract instructions. Five days expired and no account has been settled yet.
So my concern is that I'm about to get paid and the companies/shops would expect the payments. And for a new settlements the amount would increase.
Dragging their feet would be so costly
