I have endless shocking service and problems with FNB since transferring my account from Nedbank in Nov 2012. I transferred my personal and business and opened a new business account for a new business started. It took 3 months before all me debit orders were switched and after the 3rd month even then i was told to "rather do it myself as their switching department was too busy"I then wasn't informed that i have to register for ebucks but just incase called the call centre who informed me i was earning ebucks so preceded to no longer use my Nedbank credit card but my FNB debit card to earn ebucks. When checking my balance nearly two months later was told i had not registered and was therefore not earning any ebucks for the art two months. After complaining at my branch (Melrose Arch) and the call centre it was promised to be escalated but still today (4 months after i have still not received a response). Now for my new company they for no reason cancelled by debit card and the branch is not able to give a reason. I am told to just go reapply for a new one. After applying and being approved a platinum credit card, i did not hear any thing for 1 month and i am now told to reapply.
