Disappointment Disappointment

I feel so cheated, betrayed and disappointed by this group. I bought a service plan in 2011 and i was told that i'd be covered for 60000km or 90000km. I took the quote, in 2013 i was told the policy has expired and i was not even informed of this. i got the devastating news at the dealer when i took the car for a service today. The policy documents state that the car is covered for 84months and the covered kilometers have been ommitted from the document. If anyone has any integrity in this company, please fix this.
