Warentees That Dont Payout in full InnovationGroup

I am having issues claiming form the innovation group.
I purchased my car from Inspecta Car somewhere in PTA. and I took out a warrantee. My Alternator broke i had the car towed to BMW and they quoted me for 13000 (estimate). I then towed it to an approved RMI service center Bosch in Wynberg where I was quoted R12000. When i phoned Inspecta Car to find out how much I am covered for, they said I should speak to Jackie, I then Phoned Jackie Schoeman and landed up speaking to an Anton. He said I am covered under a classic plus "A" which means i can get R12000 from my warrantee claim. I told my mechanic to go ahead with the job as the warrantee would cover it. Now I am told I am only covered for 6000. I feel as if I am being cheated. since I dont know how all these things work. I was told I missed the A classic plus by 1 month which is also rubbish! I have been made to sit on the phone for hours on hold from claim department to claim department. waisting my money on something that should be simple as a phone call. I should be able to phone and give my policy number and then told what plan im under. had i missed theis plan by 1 month i would be under plan B y am under Plan C then?
