What a service-happy for days

Had an incident on tuesday afternoon, my windscreen got damaged, i called in to register a claim and the agent from claims handled the matter in very professional and friendly manner, i think his name is Nevan not sure, he took all necessary info and told me that the claim is registered and PG Glass will be in conctact the following day, and first thing in the morning yesterday PG Glass called and informed me that the claim has been authorised and they placed an order for the new windscreen and it will arrive today morning for replacement, then this morning PG Glass called and told me i can come anytime to have it sorted and guess what it got sorted in no time, this is world class services... thank you for the super fast service.
