I have had a weird transaction coming through on my credit card of which I know nothing about for R400.00 and merely need the detail of this supplier to determine how this happened because firstly I did not swipe my card anywhere near this data or distributed my credit card information.

The problem is however that since nobody at ABSA seems to pick the most frequent line used by customers. I have phoned this number on multiple occasions for the last 2 days each time selecting a different route just in an attempt to speak to anything but the useless voice recording yet in over 10 minutes each time I cannot get through.

This is horrible turn around time for banks in general needless to say one who promotes their excellent service level.

What is the alternative if you just want to get in touch with ABSA?
