No call back, time-wasting

I am existing FNB Client - last week Thursday, I tried to apply online for a One Account, and it defaulted to enable me to capture my details on an online form and send through a call-back request. Which I didn't mind at all. I even got emailed the confirmation and a reference number (6GHRTHBW) and a phone number (0860 FASTAP) to call if I wanted to follow up. Cool. Except, it's been over a week. I have called twice to follow up. When i called the 0860FASTAP number yesterday & tried to give my reference number, was told they couldn't help me. Got transferred to One Account place. Spoke to nice lady, verified all details, had come to terms with the fact that I was going to probably have to give alllll my details over the phone again, and I was ready. However, she then says she'd send my lead on to the Sales guys so they could call me back. Er, what? My web-call back is a lead that surely got sent through to them LAST WEEK? Why the disconnect between online services and real life end result? So frustrating. But I agreed, and lady said that Nomfundo would call me same day. Well, it's now over 24 hours later and no one has called me and i'm getting fed up! Please help!
