Insurance- how it should be

My wife recently had an accident, in which a pillar fell on her car. The insurance company demanded the vehicle be repaired at Auto Magic, which I was not too impressed about.

Nevertheless, I was completely dissatisfied at the repair work done by Auto Magic, the gaps were completely out, parts of the door which was replaced was not sprayed at all, and the list could go on.

Eventually the manager from Telesure got involved, and has been looking into this matter. He has constantly kept me upto date about repair work that was done to the car. He made sure that a courtesy car was available as it was not my error that the vehicle took 2 months to simply replace a door.

If only all companies could be as willing to assist the way Shahiem Steyn and Azhar Botha did.
They actually treat you as their only customer.
