Failing to pay claim

I made a claim at Sanlam because I have a paid up Retirement Annuity with them. I made a this claim on the 26 th of March 2013.Each time I call to check when will the the money be deposited into my account they keep promising that it will be in the following. They have been playing this game for over a month now.
