Poor Service from Regent Insurance

I am really very unhappy with the service I received from regent. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on the 28th November 2013. We immediately followed the correct process in reporting the claim to regent. The claims handling process was extremely poor. We received a few phone calls and then nothing happened further. On the 17th January 2014 I called and was told that documents where e-mailed to us. I requested conformation of where such mail was send in that we never received it. The proof that documents was send to us was never supplied. Then documents was then mailed on the 17th January 2013 and we immediately completed same. I also phoned a same day to ensure that they received it. On Monday the 20th January 2014 I was advised that the claim was approved and will be paid into our account in 24 -72 hours. This undertaking never happened. Today I phoned again and was advised that the claim was only approved today and we need to wait another 3 days for payment. I find this completely unacceptable. In my opinion this is not the kind of service one would expect from the Imperial Group of companies.
