CANT BE TRUSTED

I had my policy with outsurance for years and as a client I hate it when my service provider isn't transparent for the services I pay for. Last year May I got an sms from Outsurance telling me that my outbonus of R1528.23 will be paid in May 2013. Yesterday I phoned them since they are quite for about a year and to my surprise... they saytscythe will be paying me R600 and some odd brands on the 14 th May. I asked why the payment has changed and their response was that they recalculated my premiums last year... my question is who was told that the premiums will affect my outbonus? I was promised that a manager will call me but that too didn't happen. I want my full outbound as their last communique to me not the R600... if I was told when the premiums easier to be calculated... I could have done an informed decision and wouldn't be writing this today.
