On the evening of the 4 April I had a unfortunate incident with my vehicle. The assessment was done on the 10April, the very same day I was told that damage is less than my access and therefore my claim has been declined. Extremely disappointed cause as far as I can remember I request an access waver on my policy. I spoke to a Jeni-lee at the Cape town office, not very helpful refers me to the Dispute Department. I spoke to a lady in the Dispute dep and she logs a dispute and promises to get back to me, the lady was also adamant that there was no access waver on my policy, I also now learn that Budget insurance does not offer an zero access policy. A week later still no call and I call again only to find that there was no records of a despute, I then spoke to the call centre supervisor and she also promised to call me. A week later I speak to Tersia Nel, she also cannot assist me as she claims she was not handle the policy and the lady that was busy with the policy has left already and as soon as she has all the facts she'll personally call me back. I've also requested all the telephonic correspondence from the time the policy was opened and every time there's a better excuse.
