I am so frustrated with the service I am getting from FNB, ordered a 2nd iPad from them and even though I have made sure everything is done from my side they keep having silly excuses. I recieved an apology email on the 17th of April after I put in a complaint it was then promised that the unit will be dispatched.. I have still not recieved it and they are of no help if you call and don't respond to my emails anymore... FNB just doesn't seem to be bothered, service is not a priority it seems...
