FNB ipad not delivering on time

Im a client of FNB for the last 15 years and was astound to hear about the special for the Ipad at that price and you just need to wait 7 days for delevery.

Ordered the ipad and recieved an sms saying they are processing my requist about 4 days after my order I waited 7 days and called them today just to find out that my order is still in progress and they dont know whats going on. Waiting on them to call me back now. Anyway what the fail to disclose with the special is the R250 fee to deliver the unit if they process it when they want. Wheres the 7 days? Ive also not been asked what coulour Ipad I want so this will probably be an issue when and if it arrives
