Decided to switch to Fnb, great start but service deteriorated fast. I had to call several times to arrange for debit order switching, had to send paperwork through more than 5 times and had some of my emails containing the requested documents deleted by Fnb without being read, but my main complaint is that I ordered an Ipad on 15 Jan, was promised delivery in 10 days and despite numerous calls, emails, threats and pleading from my side have not received either the Ipad nor any calls back from customer sevice, supevisors or the original sales staff. Maybe you have enough new customers now? It is now 18 Feb, and despite a call to customer service on Friday 15 Jan, asking for a call back from a supevisor NOTHING.Thanks FNB for the warm welcome to your family. Sandra Viljoen
