Do not tow

I have been insured by outsurance since October 2012 but I haveno identifying information on the car to show that I am insured. what if I get into an accident and my car is towed illegally? I called the company a couple of times enquiring but nothing has been done yet. I was promised the identifying stickers via mail but nothing has come through yet.
