Discovery once again ripping off paying customers

I was involved in a fender bender on the 10 April13. I submitted all my documents via email on the 11 April13 and was emailed saying they await assessor report to proceed. Our debit order date for our insurance was the 1st of every month. For the last 5 months it has happened that the debit order on the 1st returns but Discovery has a 15 day grace period in were they will resubmit a debit order. Every time it was resubmitted the money was successfully collected. On the 16th of April the funds were available but somehow there but not successfully collected. Thus cancelling my policy and now refusing to pay the claim. I have been to there offices in Sandton and spoke to Bradly Botha, showed him all email correspondence as well as bank statements proving the money was available, his words were if it was available on the 16th there is no argument. I even showed him an email where I contacted Discovery on the 15th of April to add on another car and phone. Their response " the client has no intent of insuring due to the unpaid pattern." If this was true why would I add to my policy and why would they pay out claims on 2 occasions with the same debit scenario with no issue.
