7 days of loan payout still nothing

African bank in Rustenburg is full off promises, i apply for a loan on the 2 May 2013,
They told me 3 days for pay out. 4 May 2013 i went there they told Monday went there Tuesday
the lady told the next day how many days more. I come to Krugerdorp branch on 6 May 2013
lady let me sine more papers and say next day in we are on the 8 may 2013 still know
sine and they want to let the 1 payment on the 10 May were do you see this.
