STOP SENDING ME LETTERS FOR PERSONA LOAN OFFERS

At least once a month Direct Axis is sending me a letter with a cheque specimen offering me a personal loan I never applied for. I have never had any dealings with this company and I'm annoyed that they are harassing me with all this junk mail. The opt out option is ignored if you use it. Please stop sending me these letters I am not interested in a personal loan or any product that you offer.
