Refund, Refund, O refund wherefore art thou!!

On 09/04/2013 I sent an NCB letter to Hollard in order to obtain a refund for dual insurance. On 26/04/2013 I received a response to provide the policy schedule, which I sent on the same day at 9:30. On 06/05/2013 I sent another e-mail for a response but nothing yet. How long does it take to get a refund sorted? Clearly Hollard is not concerned with previous customers (as I am) and clearly not concerned with customer service. The lack of response from Hollard staff members (via email) is quite shocking and the lack of urgency from the refund department is most taxing!! Why do I have to log a complaint to have a matter resolved?
