Policy cancelled Hollard not paying my refund

Good day

I have cancelled my savings policy with Hollard last year and when i call they said i will get my refund after 5yrs because in 2011 i have done partial withdrawal if i knew then i was gonna withraw all and cancel the policy in 2011. Please assist i want my refund back
