Double Debit - Refund Outstanding

I was recently double billed in February, via a garnishee and a debit order, I called through to Flemix and was requested to submit a bank statement which I did on 15/04/2013, I received an email from Nadine Nel confirming receipt of documents, and it would be attended to in three working days, on the 19/04/2013 I called through to query the status of the refund and I was told it would be done on 23/04/2013, after this did not happen, I called through and spoke to a consultant who advised it was only put on system that day and it would take a further 14 days to sort out, I asked to speak to a manager and was put through to Megan Vorster, who when answered didnt even let me explain, she kept talking over me and provoked me, after getting frustrated at her and shouting and getting nowhere, I put down the phone as I felt like I was having a conversation with a thick brick wall. It has been 14 days already and still no refund, I have tried calling and holding on for over half an hour today and still they dont answer their phones. Why do we have to chase around for our money? Im pretty sure the Financial Services Board would be very interested in knowing how they make money.
