NO RESPONSE

On the 23rd of April I called Flemix to ask them for a reduction in my garnishee order that I have with them, they asked to submit all of my information and someone will contact me after they assess it all, might I also add that this lady I spoke to was extremely rude to me. I submitted all of my required info on the 24th of April, I also got an email back from a Nadine Nel saying that she wasn't dealing with my query however she had received my documents. Since then I have called into the call centre numerous times, only to be told each time to call back in 2-3 working days as someone is still working on it. I find this very unprofessional, every single person has been rude and not interested in my problem. I would like some response asap as I can no longer afford the garnishees coming off my salary.
