Flemix promised to refund me a gharneesh but not

I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha 7909255929080 hereby recomplaining about Flemix and Associates. I have been gharneeshed from my salary advice on the 26/07/2013 when I get salary advised.and I was already settled the Flemix and Associated on behalf of Capitec. I contacted my employer to say why they ghaneesh me. they only told me that I have to contact flemix. I then contacted flemix.they told me to send three month bank statement, Copy of id and they also gave me the comfirmation of the bank to fill which I did.when I follow up one of the lady told me it will take five to ten day to be refund. Today I did contacted flemix again and one of the lady told me that It will be taking 14 days. I am so suprised again because I have send all document as required. The reason I need the refund is that I dont have money for transport to work, and I thought I would get refund soon . that money they deducted I was budgeted for transport to work, so I dont have money for transport .or should I stay home not going to work . please advise
