Suspended twice with no fault on my part

Since I have restarted my membership in August 2013 in my private capacity since my retrenchment from a corporate company in April 2013, Bonitas have messed up my membership deductions. Bonitas failed to deduct from my account and later only partial amounts after several complaints. I have done several EFT payments to bring my account up to date. I have spoken to 3 Call Centre Supervisors. left messages for management to contact me. Mailed supervisors, managers, senior manager. To date no one has taken ownership to resolve this. No follow-up by any Bonitas staff. No managers have had the courtesy of calling and reassuring me of your commitment to providing customer service. My account was been suspended in Dec last year. A consultant phoned me from your accounts and apologised. My account is yet again suspended. Failing this. I will report this to the THE registrar of the Council for Medical Schemes as a last alternative
