ABSA is refusing to pay insured items

Good day

Mr E Nel & Mr W Gouws of ABSA insurance company limited did not approve payment of the following: Cleaner Dot, Cover Idler, Tensioner, 2 pulley idlers, Belt serpent, Bracket Belt & clamp exhaust. According to my car's dealer, items which Mr Nel & Mr Gouws refuse to approve for payment form part of 120000km service since they are tampered with when replacing the campbelt or internal components of the engine, hence, they are often replaced when performing these tasks. I did consulted with the dealer on numerous occasions and was informed that it is impossible to perform this service without affecting parts which Mr Nel & Mr Gouws refuse to approve for payment

I'm paying 2 insurances, namely:
-Absa monthly service plan (Policy No QB/SO/00546/020338)- this insurance covers for all specified manufacture services
-Absa auto cure monthly vehicle warranty (Policy No BBPM005303)-this insurance cover for all engine's internal components including a tensioner)

I will wait for your response in the next 3 days before proceeding to the next phase.
