STANDARD BANK - CONTRACTORS INCOMPETENT

Dear STD Bank!

Unfotunately your service standards are far below STANDARD! The contractors you appoint to provide your clients with a service in times of need when the house is literally leaking from under your feet and above is an absolute abortion.

They fail to show up on time or show up at all and when you query there actions you get zero feed back or get led along the road of no return, they are also not very approachable when questioned!

I wish I had a novel to express my distaste with regards to the lack the service I have received from your appointed contractor as well and the lack of following up by the insurance section especially when I have a claim that has been open since Oct 2012 that has not been dealt with thus causing further damage to other items i have yet to submit a claim for which will make it claim number 3 on your waiting list.

I look forward to hearing from someone who can attend to my issues ASAP, and not the contractor but STD Bank!
