Failure to deal with various account queries

Every month I have to go in to amend my EFT limit to a higher amount which is a waste of valuable time. One has to sit in queues every month for something that can be done once off and apply all the time. Today I go in for a bank letter regarding my account. I have spouses declaration of address, and a COJ account which we receive via e-mail. After sitting in the queue for 90 minutes, I get told they do not accept e-mail copy, only original. Its not enough to say you don't get one via post because you choose to have it e-mailed. I am absolutely fed up with this shoddy service and cannot tolerate this any longer.
