Garnihnees must stop!!

I had a garnishee against his salary, because this is a legal matter the company has to implement this process. My account has been paid in approximately September 2013 and Flemix and associates have not stopped the debits from their side. They claim it will continue until the person who is paying informs them of this. I have contacted them in November 2013 and they asked me to fax the documents for a refund and they will send a "stop letter" to produce to our salaries department. When I called them again today (08/01/2013) to find out whats going on, they claim it is my responsibility to check with them if they received the fax. I faxed the documents once again today and was asked to check within 3-4hours if they received which I did, now they give me a email address which bounces back stating this mail box is full. How many other people are they taking for ride. People who do not understand the system are ones with the garnishees??? Poor service and poor attitudes from these legal secretaries. When will this problem be sorted.
