FNB is horrendous to deal with!

FNB has been messing me around for about two months now. In general they have been useless with everything I have asked of them. However, the worst was this morning. I received a call from Sabrina from the Pinelands Branch. She was incredibly rude to me. FNB's attitude has just been absolutely disgusting. We have been trying to upgrade our joint account- my boyfriend has a PhD and I Have a masters degree. However they refuse to help us out. I am sick to death of FNB!
