Incompent staff

I love my bank FNB and I don't imagine leaving it for anything, however the closest branch to me is Tembisa Plaza and going there has never been pleasant. I went there recently on friday the 12th and the service I received was disgusting (as usual) the lady that helped me knew absolutely nothing about my product as she called a friend about everything I asked her, she was irritated, impolite, impatient and down right rude, FNB Tembisa Plaza is the worst branch to visit.
