I would like to commend Fortune on the excellent and pleasant service received on 7 May 2013. We had gone in to change a joint banking account into an account just for my husband as the account we currently have with Absa (and which we have had for about 40 years! since United Building Society days) which was just not the right bank account because of excessive charges. Fortune suggested an account which would work and not have all the horrendous bank charges. She had a great attitude, was very friendly and professional in the way that we were attended to. So thanks very much Fortune, it is great to know there are people out there that are pleasant and a pleasure to deal with!
