Debit Order went off on time but I'm still owing

I had been receiving numerous calls from Wonga's attorneys demanding payment when my Wonga debit order went off on time. I submitted bank statements showing the amount that went off and at what date but nothing was doine about that. I still got letters and calls demanding payment. What am I paying for when I have already paid off this loan?! I even sent through proof of payment to one of the supervisors but when I try to apply for something, I still show that I have a wonga loan when I have already settled it!! These peple will ruin my credit rating, remove wonga from my credit report. This is truly incompetent!
