Standard Bank
Withdraw money

I'm a Capitec bank client but use a Standard bank atm as there was no Capitec atm. I did the whole transaction, did not received my money, I received a sms saying the transaction of R550. went threw. That was on the 26/04/2013. I reported it to both banks but up to now I did not received my money back.
There is cameras and everything.
