Usage of Backdoor Technician / Disgusting Service

My policy no. 17238302. I put in a claim for of motor gate. MiWay authorised Guru Motors to install it whom has asked another Backdoor technician to complete the job. The motor was installed a month ago and the technician was call three times due to faults arising from connectivity. On Monday, 06/05/13 the gate motor seized again. I called Gate Motor thrice, called & sms technician thrice in the morning but NO HELP other than losing R50 of my airtime. I called Miway home assistance informing that we cannot evacuate from our premises due to the gate being jammed. A lady by the name of Lusanda has taken the call and promised me a technician would show up in a hour but nothing happened. My Wife, Child and I had to be absent from work due to this fault in backdoor connectivity. How can Miway drop it's Dignity to Digusting Service?
