This can't be happening to me, again

On Thursday, 21. March (human rights day) taking an afternoon nap, my phone went off with an sms congratulating me for purchase made on my RCS card in Durban, while I am in bed in cape town. Since this is not the first time its happening, (it is the third time) I want to know how this is possible, as now I'm suppose to run around on my time to get an affidavit, copy of ID and go through the whole process of proving I was not in Durban. So basically instead of the victim, I'm being punished for certain people not doing their job (From the cashier not doing an ID check to people in your security and card dept that can't prevent my card being cloned on a regular basis. Ironically, just in last week I received a letter from RCS clearing me of a purchase I supposedly made in johaNnesburg. I am just sick of this, having to go to a police station, where you could wait an hour or more, then having to go to a store, in all from previous experience it can take a few hours
