Hi there,

I write this complaint in the hope it will reach someone who has some care not just about professional customer service but also about human beings. I am 24 years of age and have 2 Nedbank Loans. TERRIBLE I KNOW! But i constantly advised the people dealing with these accounts of my loss of income/Job which was a result of an injury i suffered on Duty as well as Spinal surgery and several medical bills. I am not asking for someone to write of this debt as i take full ownership of it however i am asking for someone to accomodate in the best way possible for the next 3 months. I did explain to the lady i spoke with that i will make a payment in May (End) however i believe the full amount required is R600pm which is the monthly installment and unfortunately i dont even have income to put food on my table so there is no way i am able to pay this. I understand that one loan is with an external debt collector and i am doing my best to pay it every month. I am not sure the status on this as nobody has called me however i would like to know if this account is okay as well. In regard to the loan i took about 3 years ago, that is with Nebank leagal could someone please contact me
