I would like to Strongly complain about the service at MiWay. As part of my original hail damage claim on my Volvo, the following problems occur.

1: The Miway agents never advised that Hail damage repair will take approximately 10 working days to repair and when the original policy was negociated the 20 day car hire was not strongly advised.

2: During the repairs, I spend almost R1000 out of own pocket to perform follow up calls with DanMar autobody & I did not once receive a call from MiWay to inform me of the status of the repairs.

3:When Miway finally performed the client satisfaction survey with me over the phone (a week later) and I highlighted the problems I experienced during the repair, I was advised by the Miway Consultant and later confirmed by the floor manager that I will only pay 50% of my May insurance premium and the other 50% to be paid by Miway themselves. Upon checking my banking statement on Saturday, 4th of May, I found out that the full permium was deducted from my account. I was never informed of this.

4:When following up today, I called at 9 & was advised that I will be called back. Since then I called 3 times & NO FEEDBACK YET
