Hi

Please refund all my premiums from inception date. I dont understand the reason for not repairing the damage caused by the rain to my house. You state that there is something wrong with the design of the house and lack on maintancce which is utter rubbish because i have approved plans and as for maintance you need to recheck your facts why was this not raised before you insured me? Please refund my premiums immediately.
how is this helping people achieve their ambitions in the right way .. Ref 2373175... why debit my account and not tell me there is something wrong with my house or lack of maintennce at claims stage you decline to pay thats unethical... next stop is ombudsman...
