Excellent service

I would like to say a big thank you to Outsurance for their fast and efficient service. I phoned yesterday morning at 08:00 to report a faulty Geyser. At 8:30 The Drain Cleaners were at my front door to inspect my geyser.By 10:00 my geyser was fixed and working. I only paid for the element they had to replace. The labor and call out was covered by Outsurance. Richard followed up to find out if the people have arrived and again afterwards to find out if everything was sorted out. Great service all around, from both Outsurance and the Drain Cleaners.
