Shocking and terrible service from Wesbank

I was involved in an car accident and to process the insurance claim I need a copy of my vehicle's certificate of registration. Upon requesting this document I was told that I will have it within 3 working days, more than 2 weeks later I have still received absolutely nothing!!! This is totally unacceptable, the service is this country is going to the dogs. I will never use Wesbank again after this car is paid for.
