1. They do not give the 5% discount advertised in Rietmark (they just tell you it doesn't apply).
2. A pipe on the geyser was leaking after they replaced the geyser so they want to charge me a further R875 after I've already paid R5800 for the geyser.
3. They caused damage installing the geyser which has not been repaired.
