Never Came back after numerous calls

Phoned them a couple of times after being convinced that I can rather stay with them with a better rate... To my satisfaction I did not proceed with the other insurance company... I`m am still waiting for the call that they said they were gonna give me `` Now I`m sitting without insurance!!!
