No feedback regarding refund of excess payment

I had an accident in December, my car went for repairs on the 4th of March. The accident was the other parties fault and I was told by the Auto & General consultant that their legal department will claim back from the guilty party's insurance and refund my excess payment of R3775. To date I have not received any feedback, even though I have enquired 3 times already. A claims consultant (Kabimba) was assigned to my case, I haven't heard from him once. I received an sms to rate his service on the 6th of Feb, at that stage my car was not even at the panelbeaters yet for repairs, so I replied that I'm not in a position to rate his service yet. After that, I haven't heard anything from him or Auto & General again. I'm definitely switching to another insurance company when this is finalised.
