I received a letter from Aip services on behalf of Absa stating they will be charging me Vechicle insurance if I do not submit my policy schedule. I then emailed my schedule on 6th April and phoned the call centre to confirm they received it and all was in order.on the 1st May they debited me for car insurance which was unauthorised when I already advised them I have my own car insurance. I went to the bank and nobody is able to assist me with a refund and no one in the call centre seems to help either. This is pathetic service from Absa If I am not assisted I will move banks n ensure all family n friends know about this. This was the last money left in my account and do not have any funds.
