Reversing transactions on my account

I had transactions going off my credit card, and FNB's and credit card division were extremely helpful in cancelling my card and investigating and reversing the transactions. In both cases they responded extremely quickly and delivered results well before I was expecting them. As this credit card contains part of my study funds I'm very grateful that this was resolved so quickly and efficiently.
